What an amazing weekend supporting three well deserving Marines thanks to all those who support AHERO. Because of you, we were able to fly them in to Las Vegas, make them VIP guests of UFC Fighter Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson, connect them with Brian Stann and Hiring for Heroes to help them get a job once they get out, and set them up with other great resources like The Independence Fund Hyperbarics & Wellness Center.

The most amazing part of the event to me was reconnecting Sgt Aaron Alonso and LCpl Nathan Chandler. When we set them up for the trip I didn't know that they had served together in combat. Once we arrived I found out that Sgt Alonso was LCpl Chandlers squad leader in Afghanistan and Chandler was there when Sgt Alonso tragically lost his legs to an Improvised Explosive Device.

To allow them to reconnect is priceless in my eyes and we could not have done any of this without your support.
